Set in the Middle Ages, this film evokes a complex and timeless subject: violence, whether physical, psychological or sexual. For almost 10 minutes, viewers are captivated by an intense, dark medieval world. In this short film, Marie Viennois highlights the dissociation of body and mind, a natural brain mechanism that is all too often ignored by the general public.
